This page explains information used when you browse this website or contact Canopy Village about a stay, an experience or the Bo showroom.

Who to contact

Enquiries and bookings

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, you provide the contact details and message you choose to send. Dates, guest numbers and accommodation or service preferences help us answer your enquiry and arrange the requested stay or experience. Information needed to complete a booking is confirmed with you directly. Please do not send payment-card details or sensitive documents through a general enquiry.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand visits, including pages viewed, interactions and browser or device information. Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. You can decline without losing access to the website.

Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. Declining disables further Google Analytics collection from this site in that browser and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice.

Website delivery and other services

Hosting services may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Pages also use Google Fonts, and the location section includes an embedded Google Map. These services receive technical connection information when loaded, independently of your optional analytics choice.

WhatsApp, YouTube, Bo and other external links lead to separate websites or services. If you follow a link or send a message through a third-party service, its own privacy terms apply. Third-party providers may process information outside your country.

Your information and your choices

You can contact us to ask what enquiry or booking information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask about retention and any applicable privacy rights. Some booking records may need to be kept for an ongoing booking or applicable record-keeping obligations; we will explain any restriction relevant to your request. Browser settings also let you clear cookies and local storage.
