Booking & website terms

These notes explain how to enquire and what to confirm before booking accommodation, studio time, a float session or another experience at Canopy Village.

Booking directly

Contact us with your preferred dates, accommodation or activity, and the number of guests. Sending an enquiry or clicking a booking link does not by itself confirm a reservation. Availability and your booking details are confirmed directly with Canopy Village.

Prices and seasons

Prices shown on this website are in Thai baht (THB). Published accommodation rates vary by season and occupancy. High-season rates also apply on 25 and 26 December; New Year rates apply from 27 December to 4 January. Please confirm the total price, any extras and the services included before booking.

The Panorama Apartment accommodates up to four guests. The Sea View Jungle Villa, Creator’s Room and Floater’s Room each accommodate up to three guests where the additional capacity is available. The published extra-guest charge is 500 THB per night where applicable. Total village capacity is 13 guests.

Payment, changes and cancellations

Ask for the payment schedule, any deposit, and the cancellation, refund and date-change conditions for your specific booking before making a payment. These details are provided with your booking offer or confirmation; this page does not set a separate cancellation fee or refund schedule. For bookings made through another platform, refer to the conditions supplied with that reservation.

Arrival and life at the village

Access is by 4×4 or taxi boat and may depend on weather and tides. Please request help arranging transfers at least 24 hours ahead. Transfer prices and arrangements are confirmed separately. Contact us directly to agree arrival and departure times.

Please respect other guests, the surrounding nature and the shared facilities. Parties and events require prior authorisation. Keep doors and windows closed when using air-conditioning, follow the on-site energy guidance and conserve power during prolonged cloudy weather.

Experiences and the Bo showroom

Studio sessions, float sessions, partner activities and demonstrations depend on availability and the agreed arrangements. Canopy Village is Bo’s living showroom and development site. Bo is still in development: ask which demonstrations are currently available. A stay does not guarantee a particular Bo feature or demonstration.
